REQUIREMENTS

Documents attached to applying for a USA visa without an interview/Dropbox:

• New passport (original)
• An old passport with a previous usa visa history stamp (original)
• Recent original 2 pieces of photo, size 5x5 with white background
• Original birth certificate (for children under 14 years old can apply for the dropbox process with the condition that one of the parents must have a valid USA visa)
• Copy of Kitas/Kitap (for foreigners)
• Manual data filling form that has been signed by the visa applicant
• The original power of attorney signed on stamp duty by the visa applicant to collect the original passport has been processed (please do not use handwriting/manual)

Documents attached to the application for a USA visa with an interview:

• Copy of passport front page
• Copy of passport thing See page4
• Manual data filling form that has been signed by the visa applicant
• The original power of attorney signed on stamp duty by the visa applicant to collect the original passport has been processed (please do not use handwriting/manual)

Each Visa applicant at the time of interview at the embassy must bring the following documents:

1. Appointment letter
2. Confirmation page DS-160
3. Original Passport (valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure)
4. Old passport (original)
5. Payment receipts & EFT deposit fees
6. 2 recent original photographs, size 5x5 with white background

The following documents below are additional supporting documents only, which are basically not required in the embassy requirements, but with these documents they can help the Consul Officer to further evaluate and consider his visa application:

1. Sponsor letter in English on the letterhead of the company where the person concerned works. If there are other people/family members who are traveling with them, the name, status and position of that person shall be included.
2. Proof of finance for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of Rp. 50 million/person.
3. Recent color photograph, size 5 x 5 = 2 sheets, with a white background, and printed on photo printing paper, of good print quality and clear in appearance (ears must be visible and not wearing glasses, if passport is wearing a wig/wig, then passport photo even for the embassy must wear a wig / wig).
4. Photocopy of Family Card.
5. Photocopy of ID card / for foreigners attach a valid Kitas/Kitap
6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate + Photocopy of student card (if you bring children)
7. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
8. If the name on the passport is different, attach a photocopy of the name change letter.

Additional documents for each visa category:

Business Visa :

• • Invitation letter from the inviting company

Visiting Family Visas:

• • Invitation letter from the invitee
  • Photocopy of the invitee's passport and visa
  • Proof of relationship with the inviter (in the form of a birth certificate)

LDR Visa:

• • Invitation letter from the invitee
  • Photocopy of the invitee's passport and visa
  • Proof of relationship with the invitee (Photos, WA Chat, etc.)

PRICE

Terms and Conditions :

• The price for making a visa above must be accompanied by purchasing an air ticket or tour package according to the visa destination being made
  
• The processing time for making a visa starts from the time all document files are submitted to the Service Transfer Office or Embassy
• Appointment schedule collection can only be done after receiving confirmation within 1 x 24 hours (excluding the weekend period) from the American Embassy after Visa payment is made via Bank Transfer
