REQUIREMENTS :

1. A passport with a validity period of more than 6 months from the arrival and old passport.
2. Newest photo with a white background, size 4x6 = 2 sheets, photos must be printed on photo paper with good quality and clear appearance.
3. Sponsorship letter ( in english ) on the company letterhead where the person works. If there is another person or family member who is traveling, then the name and status of the person is listed :
• If the position of General Manager, Director, President Director, or Commissioner must be accompanied by a photocopy of NPWP and SIUP.
• If you have your own business and there is no company letterhead, the letter is typed on plain white paper with company’s stamp and includes a photocopy of NPWP and SIUP.
• If sponsored by children, attach a photocopy of the child's birth certificate that can prove the relationship.
• If sponsored by the daughter-in-law, please attach a photocopy of the child's marriage certificate and the child's birth certificate which can prove the relationship.
• If retirement status, the letter typed on plain white paper and signed by himself.
4. Financial proof of the last 3 months using photocopy of the bank statement or savings book (from the front page that listed the name and account number to the last page of the transaction).
5. If the name in the passport is different please attach a photocopy of the change name letter.
6. Photocopy of marriage certificate.
7. Photocopy of family card (KK) and photocopy of KTP.
8. If you are traveling with your child and still in school, please attach :
• Photocopy of student card
• Photocopy of birth certificate
9. The form has been filled in completely and signed by the applicant. For children who do not have an ID card, the parents have to sign the form.
10. If there is a family in Taiwan must attach a guarantee letter (form) + current account and if there is an invitation from Taiwan sent by post, the shipping envelope must be included.
11. Inviter’s family card (newest family card).
12. Fill the online visa form.

Notes :

1. The duration of the visa process is calculated after all the document requirements are fully received.
2. For business visa there must be an invitation on company letterhead from Taiwan.
3. Success or not, money cannot be returned.
4. Success in obtaining a visa is the full authority of the Embassy.
5. Visa prices and document requirements are subject to change without prior notice according to the Embassy.
6. If there is a previous Taiwan visa, then the photo for the visa must be up to date.

• The processing time for making a visa starts from the time all document files are submitted to the Service Transfer Office or Embassy
